Love how colourful and bright this picture looks. The Legoland Hotel looks vibrant.

I went to Legoland with my family on Boxing Day! It was a very spontaneous decision on Christmas day.

The day started off really crappy but at the end of the day all was good 🙂 Glad it turned out well. We spent 3 whole hours to get from PIE (Tuas) to passing the customs at M’sia. It was so crazy. It was only a drive to JB, how did it take so damn long?! Our butts were rotting haha. That explains the car selfies. Had to stay pumped.

Oh then second thing is, I happily whipped out my camera from my bag and wanted to turn it on. And guess what? I DIDN’T BRING THE BATTERY. Basically, I brought a battery-less camera out to Legoland -_- It was like a useless bulky empty shell. Was so sad argh. Was so excited about taking pictures there and everything. Thank god for the smartphone age, the photos on the iPhone didn’t turn out too bad 🙁 Pfft. Pissed off with myself still. Can’t get over how stupid I was.
By the time we reached Legoland, it was already 2+ approaching 3! Our moods were so annoyed and down already. I was literally like this –> -_- Not feeling it at all haha. Well we had to get something to eat. Settled for boring hotdogs because every other restaurant (including fast food) had crazy long queues. We sat and ate as quickly as we could and bought our tickets to go in. ONCE we stepped in, it started drizzling, then it got heavier. Literally dampened my spirits sigh. No camera, no sun, horrible.

Ending off the gloomy start of the day, thank goodness it stopped raining after a while. We went on to look for those Lego landmarks haha. That’s the thing I wanted to see the most, not really the rides. I have always been amazed with how people used Lego to create so many different things. I mean obviously I didn’t have the creativity or the resources to do that (I didn’t own that many Lego bricks o_o) Picture spam of all the landmarks we saw:

If you can see it, the Great Wall of China is behind the Forbidden City and there are little pandas too!

We took some rides after that. There was this ride, I wouldn’t really call it a roller coaster? It was similar to something I took in the US with Rachel and Brenda. So fun hahaha. Yep it was called Project Xtreme. Not bad. I took it with my sister and my dad. My mum and Tung settled for the typical teacup rides they have at theme parks. I really can’t do spinning rides, they make me sick… I can handle 360 degree loops, crazy drops, but not spinning please. Hahaha.

I wanted to take this roller coaster called The Dragon! Pfft it looked really fun but my sister wouldn’t take it with me. Sigh this is my fate when I go to theme parks with my family. I have no one to take roller coasters with -_- So far it seems like Rachel and Brenda are the only ones who will take any ride LOL. Just to note, I wasn’t always such a daredevil at rides. I remember when I was younger Rachel and Brenda had to drag me to this ride at Genting (if I’m not wrong, if not Australia USS) called Lethal Weapon. I felt like throwing up after HAHA.
Basically we went round the park taking pictures with Lego structures yeah. I loved how everything was very vibrant coloured. Just like how Lego bricks are. 🙂

Sister, dad and I took a water ride together that got us soaking wet LOL. Will bring a cap next time I go to a theme park to prepare for water rides, hate getting my hair wet omg.

We took only around 4 hours to finish walking the entire park? We left at around 7pm. We then headed to the Legoland Hotel restaurant for dinner. It was a buffet dinner, maybe around $27++ per pax? Reasonable. The spread wasn’t great, but good enough. The dessert table got me hahaha. Chocolate fondue too *-* The restaurant was Lego-themed, so of course very very colourful and had little Lego men around haha too cute! Had a very very good dinner. Ice-cream, with lots of sprinkles and a little chocolate from the chocolate fountain 🙂 We were very full!

My second plate of food at dinner. Loved the seafood spread there. Yums!

Sorry for the spam of photos. Haha everything is so pretty and colourful! I already tried filtering out as many photos as I can haha.
