I was such a fan of the Korean drama ‘Goong‘ when I was younger because it was airing on our local channels and we watched it as a family diligently. One of the first few Korean dramas I was exposed to.
They always had those teddy bear displays at the end of each episode and I always found them SO cute! I remember them visiting a teddy bear museum in Jeju in the show and always wanted to go there to visit too.
So there are 2 teddy bear museums in Jeju so don’t get confused! This one is literally called ‘Teddy Bear Museum’ hahaha. The teddy bears are all hand-crafted and designed. There was even a Louis Vuitton bear in there, named the ‘Most Expensive Bear in the World’.
All the displays were so funny and cute at the same time! Like teddy bears as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Mona Lisa etc. It really cracked us up sometimes haha.
If you’re going free and easy then please go during the standard meal times so that you avoid the big groups! It will be hell. I must’ve taken photos of every display there so pardon the mini spam of photos, I kinda want to share everything!! We were lucky to have been there after 6pm, and the tour groups had all gone for dinner, so the place was quite empty for us to take our time with pictures!
