I seemed to have spent a lot of November moping and reflecting. The mood swings have been crazy – I told Yibo that I feel like a werewolf, having drastic mood changes between night and day. I think I also took the most photos this month, not sure why I did either.

Ever since getting our body stats from the Active Health Lab last month, I’ve felt a bigger push than before to watch what I eat hahaha. The report said I needed to lose fat, and I’d like to think that I have… Anyway, we’ve ended this last November completing yet another 30-day challenge: Doing 50 leg raises and 50 squats every day. It’s kinda got me in a routine, committing to regular activity on a daily basis.
Work-wise we’ve been getting a lot more assignments for weekend events, and it’s interesting and dreadful at the same time. On one hand, because these events happen on Sundays, I’m usually too tired from waking up so early to get to badminton in the middle of the afternoon (I probably fall asleep on the wheel). Then again, I won’t pay to go to such events (like Vertical Marathon), but just getting to experience the enthusiasm of the crowd is pretty cool!
Also exciting news: I’m heading to Europe with Yibo (and his friends) in December!!! Thanks to office closure between Christmas and New Year’s, I’m able to get away from work and meet Yibo after his exchange. We last went to Europe two years ago in summer time, but now we’ll be seeing Europe in the winter. I’m VERY excited. I spent the most of this month booking all the accommodations and various transport arrangements for our trip. It’s less than 20 days away now!
I’ve spent so much more time on the blog this month. I’m pretty proud of myself doing so well with posting. I have so many drafts – mostly thought posts – just waiting to be filled and published. For now, read what is already up!
