I seemed to have spent a lot of November moping and reflecting. The mood swings have been crazy – I told Yibo that I feel like a werewolf, having drastic mood changes between night and day. I think I also took the most photos this month, not sure why I did either.
I quite enjoy mirror selfies these days. | Shen bought me a Rila car?!?!?!??! SO CUTE.
This month had the highest frequency of mala parties. | Our logo is finally on the brand wall!
A bunch of us at the office recently discovered the cool film camera apps most people use for Instagram. An app that makes your photos look as if you’d taken them with a film camera – there’s also a video app that gives the film/VHS vibes.
I hate to admit it, but the everything does look better with that old-school film filter hahahahaha. #millennials
I spent my entire weekend taking random photos with the app (Huji Cam).
I made the upgrade to the iPhone 8 last month, just in time before heading to Canada last month. I kinda vlogged the trip, but I also took plenty of photos. Thought it would be good to have a post just for the snaps from my holiday!
Half of my October has been spent travelling Canada with my family and Yibo, so I thought I’d just single out the photos I took before I left. This month has been such an adventure, and so thankful I managed to get a long break away from routine.

While August was a really busy month at work, I spent the first half of the month spending as much quality time as I could with Yibo, including late night strolls at the park to McDonalds, or him coming over for dinner for just a few hours. No one’s ever too busy for a meet-up.
He flew off just two weeks back. Omg it pains me to think that it has only been 2 weeks -_- He’s gone for the rest of the year. Jeez. Happy that he’s been adjusting well so far though, leaves no worries behind.
We also moved offices! Finally made the big move from the really secluded Raeburn Park to the thriving CBD at Guoco Tower. The office looks amazing, quite sure you’ll be seeing a lot more of it on our insta-stories!
And literally right after Yibo flew off, as if he has perfect timing, things got pretty crazy at work because the SEA Games started. 29th SEA Games, significant as Singapore’s best away games ever, as well as the first time we’re working for the Team Singapore Facebook page while a major games is happening. Things were really intense. While things were really stressful and fast-paced, we did have a lot of fun working together, despite the late nights (up to midnight in the office, every day). Couldn’t have wished for a better team to work with! #OneTeamSG
(I’m working on a video because I filmed the entire SEA Games period in the office. Wait to see the madness that is Nicolette. And the rest of us, of course.)
Considering what a busy month I’ve had, I’m glad I found some pockets of time at the start of August to put together some blog posts and even posted two videos! I must be on a roll.
