K & T’s commemorative couple photos at Marina One

My first time shooting at Marina One happened upon K & T’s request – they wanted a location that had interesting architecture and looked different from the typical Singaporean backdrop.

K & T are a long-distance couple living in Singapore and South Korea respectively. They met while K was in South Korea for a short term work stint and now they’re making it work across the two countries before a longer term plan comes into fruition.

Marina One used to be one of my company’s few branch offices when I was still working as a corporate girlie. It was really refreshing to revisit Marina One after all this time, having used to see it as a place of work, and now as an aesthetic place to take photos and work my creative eye.

I really liked the challenge of going to a new location and working my creative magic with the photos. K & T made my job really easy as well – they were naturally so sweet and gentle with each other, so the vibes came through so easily~

Highly recommend Marina One as a shoot location for those who like a more urban, futuristic vibe to their photos.
