I want to get to know you better before we meet! I’ll send you some guiding questions to find out how I can create a great shoot experience for you. We can use the call to brainstorm photoshoot ideas, discuss our expectations for the shoot, and anything else under the sun.

*This is entirely optional! We can also do it over text.

Here’s more information on my booking process:

Pre-booking: I accept enquiries through my Instagram (@jtwonggg.photography) and email (jtwonggg.photography@gmail.com)! I will require you to fill in my booking form so I get all the information I need to plan and suggest options for the photoshoot. This is also where we do some initial discussion regarding the style you’d like to go for. (See Photoshoot planning section for more info)

Confirmation of booking: Once we agree on the package and date, I will send across my photoshoot agreement with my terms and booking details. I will require a deposit to lock down the date and package price. This is usually done through PayNow (for those in Singapore), or PayPal (for foreigners). After which, your booking is now confirmed and we can plan the rest of the details via Whatsapp or Telegram.

Photoshoot planning: Around 1-2 weeks before the shoot, I will usually ask for photo references or concepts that you might want to recreate for your shoot. This helps me to understand your preferred style, so I can capture the shots that truly represents you! I will offer location options to choose from as well, and even outfit recommendations if needed. For Actual Day bookings, I’ll arrange for a video call so we can go through the day’s programme.

Post-photoshoot: You may choose to have me select the final edited photos, or make the selection yourself. For the second option, an online gallery will be emailed to you for selection. You select your desired number of photos on the gallery, and after agreeing to the additional fees (if applicable), I will start the edit. Your edited photos will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks from our shoot day via Google Drive. The folder will be deleted within 2 weeks from delivery, so download the photos soonest.

Some terms & conditions for my photography sessions:

• I require a non-refundable deposit (deducted from the final fee) to lock down the date of the photoshoot on my calendar. Before receiving the deposit, your date may be booked by someone else.
• Deposit is non-refundable in the case of cancellations. For postponement, your deposit will go towards the new shoot date, with no changes made to the overall package fee you’re paying.
• Edited photos will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from the shoot day, unless otherwise requested by clients.
• I perform minimal retouching: I only do minimal retouching such as smoothening your skin, removing/hiding blemishes, or removing distractions from backgrounds. I reserve the right to reject any requests to perform other forms of retouching. You may also opt out of this process.
• Requests for re-edits, are possible if made within 2 weeks of me sending over the first set of edited photos. Eg. If edited photos was sent on 1 March, requests for re-edits can be accommodated if made by 14 March.
• Requests for unedited photos will be declined. You will be asked to select your favourite photos after the shoot, so no photos will be missed out.
• For sessions with more than one location, transport costs between locations will be covered by you (the client).
• For sessions with more than one location, additional fees may be charged if travel time between locations are more than 20 minutes.
