By making payment for a photography session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
A deposit is required to secure your photoshoot date and time. Your booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.
Until the deposit has been received, the requested date and time remain available for other bookings and may be offered to another client without prior notice.
Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed payment deadline. If the balance is not received by the stated deadline, I reserve the right to release the booking and retain the deposit.
For bookings made shortly before the photoshoot date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
All prices listed on the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking will be the price confirmed at the time of booking.
Any additional services, images, locations, travel or other fees requested after booking will be charged separately.
Due to the nature of photography services, refunds will not be provided once the photoshoot has been completed.
This includes situations where the client is dissatisfied with their appearance, poses, chosen outfits, weather conditions or other subjective aspects of the final photographs, provided that the photographer has fulfilled the agreed scope of the service.
I will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate technical issues or agreed editing concerns in accordance with the re-edit terms above.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to postpone the session subject to the postponement terms below.
Postponement requests should be made at least 14 days before the scheduled photoshoot date.
One postponement may be accommodated without a postponement fee when sufficient notice is provided, subject to availability.
Requests made less than 14 days before the session may incur a S$150 rescheduling fee.
Any further postponements may be subject to an additional fee and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Postponement requests due to illness or unsuitable weather conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be exempt from the rescheduling fee.
A new date is only confirmed once it has been agreed upon and is subject to my availability.
If you fail to attend the photoshoot without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be forfeited.
A new booking will require a new deposit.
In the unlikely event that I am unable to conduct your session due to illness, emergency or circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will offer to reschedule the session to another mutually suitable date. If a suitable replacement date cannot be arranged, the deposit will be refunded.
I will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the client, including travel, accommodation, transportation, makeup, styling or other expenses associated with the booking.
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared with their chosen outfits, makeup and personal belongings. I am not responsible for delays caused by late makeup, hair, outfit changes or other client preparation.
Clients are responsible for their own belongings during the session. I am not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and allowing sufficient time for parking, travelling to the location, changing outfits and preparing for the session.
If you arrive late, the session will generally still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to additional shooting time or a refund for the time lost.
If additional time is available after your scheduled session, you may request to extend the session if available.
For sessions involving multiple locations, the client is responsible for transportation costs incurred between locations.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations including Changi, Tuas and Sentosa, as indicated on the pricing page.
Any location entrance fees, photography permits, parking charges or other venue-related costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.
For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may affect the suitability of the planned location.
In the event of heavy rain, lightning, extreme weather, haze or other conditions that may make the session unsafe or significantly affect the quality of the photographs, I may recommend postponing the session.
Weather-related postponements will be discussed with the client as early as reasonably possible.
If the number of participants changes after booking, please inform me as soon as possible. An upgrade to the applicable package may be required.
I reserve the right to adjust the package and fees if additional participants are added on the day of the shoot.
A photo gallery of low-resolution previews will be provided to the client to select their preferred photos. The client is responsible for making their image selection within 7 days of receiving the proofing gallery.
If the client takes longer than 7 days to make their selection, the final delivery date may be delayed accordingly.
Unselected images will not be individually edited or delivered unless additional images are purchased.
All selected images will receive my standard professional colour editing, which may include adjustments to exposure, contrast, white balance, colour, tones, cropping and other adjustments consistent with my editing style.
Basic retouching may include:
I aim to keep retouching natural and authentic and do not generally alter a person’s permanent or defining features.
Requests for extensive retouching, body reshaping, facial alterations, object removal or other forms of manipulation outside my standard editing process may be declined or quoted separately.
I reserve the right to decline any editing request that is inconsistent with my style or would require excessive manipulation.
Reasonable requests for re-edits may be accommodated if submitted within 7 days of the first delivery of the edited photographs.
The “All Colour-Edited Images” upgrade includes all images selected by the photographer as suitable for delivery from the session, rather than only the number of images included in the selected package.
This upgrade includes standard colour editing but does not include extensive individual retouching beyond my usual editing process.
The price of the upgrade depends on the package selected and will be stated on the pricing page or confirmed at the time of booking.
Final edited photographs will generally be delivered within 2 weeks of receiving the client’s image selections. This is my standard turnaround time unless another timeframe has been specifically agreed upon.
If the client delays image selection, the delivery date will be correspondingly delayed.
Raw, unedited or straight-out-of-camera photographs will not be provided. Requests for raw or unedited photographs will be declined.
My creative process includes both photographing and editing the images. Unedited files do not represent the finished work or photographic style of my brand.
Final images will be hosted on an online gallery/folder for at least 3 months from the date of delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and safely storing their images. I am not responsible for permanently storing or recovering files after this period.
Once the stated storage period has passed, I reserve the right to permanently delete the files.
Copyright of all photographs and videos created during the session remains with me, the photographer.
I retain the right to use photographs and videos created during the session for my professional portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, competitions, publications and other promotional purposes.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this usage.
If you have specific privacy concerns or do not wish for certain images to be used publicly, please discuss this with me before the photoshoot.
For family sessions involving minors, clients may raise specific privacy concerns before the session so that these can be discussed in advance.
